Raven Health runs an all-in-one platform for ABA therapy practices - data collection, scheduling, billing, credentialing, and clinical AI. Its marketing site had earned real search equity, but it was trapped on an aging WordPress theme that was slow to load and painful to edit. The brief to Higglo: modernize everything - design, stack, speed, conversion, and measurement - without sacrificing a shred of SEO, then hand the keys back to marketing.
The brief
Raven Health had done the hard part: a marketing site full of copy that ranked and converted, speaking fluently to clinicians, clinic owners, and the families they serve. But it lived on aging WordPress - slow to load, tangled with plugins, and painful to edit. Every content change meant a developer.
The mandate was strict: modernize everything without sacrificing a shred of SEO. Roughly 160 live URLs and 100+ blog articles had earned their rankings over years, and the rebuild had to preserve every path and every word so that on cutover day search engines and returning visitors would find the exact pages they expected - only faster.
The approach
We rebuilt on Next.js 16 (App Router) and React 19, backed by a Neon Postgres CMS the marketing team owns. URL and copy parity, the design system, and SEO infrastructure were treated as first-class constraints from the first commit - not bolted on at the end.
What we built
Sixty-five pages spanning the full buyer journey, plus the CMS and funnel that keep them moving without engineering:
- Seven deep product pages - data collection, scheduling, practice management, billing, self-billing, credentialing, and clinical AI.
- Audience narratives for clinicians, clinical directors, administrators, caregivers, and ABA startups.
- A redesigned blog with search and filtering, alongside case studies, webinars, e-books, news, and resource landers.
- A custom admin CMS with a rich-text editor, SEO tooling, media, and automatic redirects when a slug moves.
- An on-site demo-booking flow wired directly into HubSpot.
Craft & performance
A repurposed brand identity and an editorial design system carry a site-wide motion layer - parallax hero blooms, scroll reveals, and page transitions - rendered on the server and safe for reduced-motion. Under the hood: subsetted WOFF2 fonts, a Sharp image-downscaling pipeline, web-optimized video, and per-page metadata, dynamic Open Graph images, JSON-LD, and an llms.txt for AI crawlers.
Growth infrastructure, not just a website
A rebuild like this is judged by what it protects and what it unlocks. Under one roof, one Higglo pod covered six disciplines that usually ship from separate vendors:
- SEO-safe migration - a 1:1 URL and copy map for every live page, 301/308 redirects for realigned paths, per-page metadata, sitemaps, and canonical hygiene, engineered for a zero-loss cutover.
- GEO / AI-search readiness - JSON-LD structured data, dynamic Open Graph images, and an
llms.txtmanifest so AI assistants can ground and cite Raven Health accurately. - Conversion (CRO) - demo booking moved on-site with a custom Calendly flow, removing the off-site hand-off that leaked buyer intent.
- Analytics & CRM - every lead upserts straight into HubSpot, so marketing and sales run one pipeline with full context.
- UX & design systems - a tokenized editorial design system with a site-wide, reduced-motion-safe motion layer.
- Engineering - 72K+ lines of TypeScript across 419 commits in about three months, including the custom CMS the marketing team now runs without engineering.
It is the same integrated model behind Motivity's 930% organic-growth engagement: web, UX, SEO, GEO, CRO, and analytics delivered as one system by one team.
The outcome
Raven Health went from a plugin-bound WordPress theme to a fast, modern platform their marketers edit themselves - engineered for a zero-loss SEO cutover, with a demo-to-CRM funnel wired end to end. The craft earned four international design awards in 2026: Best UI, Best UX, and Best Innovation at the CSS Design Awards, plus a Web Design Awards win.
