Higglo/Free tools/ABA intake funnel calculator
Free tool · for ABA practice operators

Find the stage that's actually leaking clients.

Drop in last month's visits, form starts, submits, and consults. We compute four conversion rates, compare each to the ABA category, and name the one stage to fix first - with three concrete actions tied to it.

The funnel calculator

Four numbers. One bottleneck. Three actions.

Numbers go in raw - we don't smooth, average, or normalize. The model uses ABA category medians from 34 practices, 18-month rolling. Your shareable URL persists so you can drop it into a Slack message or send it to your COO.

Awaiting visits + downstream counts

Four numbers in. One bottleneck out.

We compute four conversion rates - visit→form start, form start→submit, submit→consult, and end-to-end - compare each against ABA category medians, and name the weakest stage.

  • Per-stage rate vs. ABA benchmark band.
  • Named bottleneck - the one stage to fix first.
  • Three concrete next actions tied to that stage.
What the numbers mean

Four rules for reading intake funnel data.

F.01

Top of funnel compounds.

Visit→form-start at 2% versus 6% means triple the leads at the same ad spend. The page itself is the highest-leverage surface - and the cheapest one to change.

F.02

The intake form is where most clinics silently bleed.

Form-start to submit lives or dies on field count and which fields land first. Insurance + diagnosis questions before commitment kills completion. Move them downstream.

F.03

Submit-to-consult is a response-time problem.

ABA practices that book ≥60% of submitted families almost always have a 4-hour first-response SLA. Every additional hour past that drops the rate by ~3 points.

F.04

End-to-end below 1% means operational, not lead-volume.

Adding traffic at a leaky funnel multiplies the leak. Fix the worst stage first - usually a single-quarter project - then scale spend with confidence.

Benchmarks · ABA category

Healthy ranges we actually see.

Visit → form start

Healthy ABA range

4 – 8%

Practices with a clear above-fold intake CTA and trust signals on the homepage land in this band. Below 4% is almost always a hero/CTA problem, not a traffic problem.

Form start → submit

Healthy ABA range

55 – 75%

The shortest, simplest intake forms - service selection + name + contact - hit the high end. Long insurance-first forms drop into the 30s.

Submit → consult booked

Healthy ABA range

45 – 65%

Driven entirely by speed-to-lead. 4-hour SLA with a personal first response, plus a same-day calendar link, lands here.

Visit → consult (end-to-end)

Healthy ABA range

1 – 3%

The single number that decides whether your marketing scales. Below 1%, the constraint is operational; above 3%, you can scale spend without degradation.

Pressure-test the read

Bring your funnel report to a 20-minute call.

If your end-to-end is under 1%, the fix is almost never 'get more leads.' We'll walk through your bottleneck stage, name the operational change that moves it, and tell you whether spend can scale yet.
