What you'll own
The work day to day.
- Design caregiver and referral-partner journey maps grounded in real intake-team research
- Design and iterate on intake form flows, applying progressive disclosure and trust signals to reduce friction
- Redesign service pages and key decision moments for clarity and conversion
- Run an accessibility pass (WCAG 2.2 AA) on every surface you ship
- Collaborate with CRO and web development to translate research and test results into shipped designs
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for review with stakeholders
