Web Designer
Help shape and build the trust-grade websites and marketing pages that our behavioral-health clients rely on to turn visitors into booked consultations.
What you'll own
The work day to day.
- Design responsive web pages and full site layouts for client marketing sites, from wireframes through high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with web development, UX research, and CRO teammates to translate designs into functioning, conversion-focused pages
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries to keep multi-page sites consistent and scalable
- Design service pages, landing pages, and intake-related pages with attention to clarity, trust, and ease of use for site visitors
- Prepare design assets and specs for handoff to developers, and QA the implemented pages against your designs
- Iterate on designs based on user testing, analytics, and feedback from CRO experiments
