Job description

We are seeking an experienced Frontend React JavaScript Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, with a focus on building and maintaining user-facing applications using React and JavaScript.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the frontend of our web applications. This includes working closely with our design team to translate wireframes and mockups into functional, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces. You will also work with our backend team to integrate the frontend with our APIs and database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React components
Translate wireframes and mockups into functional, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces
Integrate frontend with backend APIs and database systems
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise

Requirements

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React, including hooks and functional components
Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack and Babel
Experience with CSS and responsive design
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and common frontend libraries (such as Axios, Redux, etc.)
Strong understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Experience with performance optimization techniques
Familiarity with browser compatibility issues and solutions
