What you'll own

The work day to day.

  • Manage project plans and timelines across concurrent client work, holding scope, budget, and dates
  • Coordinate handoffs between SEO, GEO, CRO, UX, web development, and PR specialists
  • Run status check-ins and reporting with internal teams and clients
  • Spot risks, resource conflicts, and scope creep early, and resolve or escalate before delivery slips
  • Keep documentation of project status, decisions, and next steps current across tools and stakeholders
  • Partner with account and delivery leads to turn client goals into actionable workstreams
