What you'll own
The work day to day.
- Research and build targeted lists of media contacts, publishers, podcasters, and referral partners relevant to ABA and behavioral health
- Write and send personalized outreach emails and follow-ups to secure placements, mentions, guest posts, and backlinks
- Track outreach activity, response rates, and placements in a CRM or shared tracker
- Coordinate with content and SEO team members to align outreach targets with active campaigns
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing media and partner contacts over time
- Report weekly on outreach volume, response rates, and secured placements
