    Intro & alignment

    A 30-minute call to understand your craft, what energizes you, and the outcomes you have delivered. You'll meet your potential squad lead.

    Week 1-2

    Deep-dive exercise

    A paid async brief mirroring real client work. You'll have access to the actual context and a partner for questions as you work.

  3. 03

    Week 2

    Team loop

    Meet 3-4 future collaborators across disciplines. We'll explore how you approach feedback, handoffs, and building in the open.

    Week 3

    Offer & onboarding

    We move quickly on offers and pair every new teammate with a mentor for their first 90-day roadmap.
